EBENEZER OLUWATIMILEYIN IGBINLOLA

*Ebenezer Igbinlola* is an 18-year-old writer, spoken word poet, and student Architect at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, poetically known as “the poetic Architect ”. He is a social impact enthusiast, climate change advocate, and passionate youth ambassador.

Though he never saw himself as a creative, a chain of circumstances led him to discover poetry as a way to express deep emotions. Since that turning point, he has embraced poetry—both written and spoken—as a powerful tool to inspire change and spark a generational “evolution.”

As a student architect, Ebenezer sees himself as a custodian of nature and a champion for youth. He wields his creative gifts—writing, page poetry, spoken word poetry, and architecture—as tools to fight environmental degradation and advocate for a sustainable earth. His commitment to youth inclusion in leadership earned him recognition as a *Campus Ambassador for Youth Opportunities®*.

Short Introduction: In an effort to convey the energy that is flowing in the souls of youths of this country, daring to challenge various statos quo and diverse limiting beliefs, daring to thrive and to survive. This poem aims to communicate, my desire as a Nigerian youth who has dreams and wishes that this dreams should come through: Dreams, aspirations to make this country better. The poem is written in a spoken word poetry format, as all the embodiments of the souls of this poem would be unleashed when performed. But reading this poem communicates desires of we Youth.
